Primal Zagreb d.o.o. was founded in 1994, with headquarters at Zagreb International Airport.

The company’s primary activities are the organization of all types of transport, customs brokerage for import and export, and logistics.

A professionally qualified team of employees handle all of our clients’ demands on a daily basis.

In 1994, the American shipping company Expeditors International of Washington Inc. chose us to be their exclusive representative in Croatia.

Expeditors International of Washington Inc. is one of the largest shipping companies in the world, with more than 250 offices worldwide. Being their agent therefore provides us with numerous opportunities to organize all types of transport and logistics.

OUR SERVICES

CUSTOMS BROKERAGE

Primal Zagreb d.o.o. is located at Zagreb International Airport, and is subject to the customs office of Zagreb International Airport’s border control service. In addition to this customs branch office, we also undertake customs clearing in all branch offices under the Zagreb Customs Office, as well as in other areas if necessary. Our professionally trained employees, who have been professionally certified to become authorized customs representatives and who have years of experience in customs mediation, provide the best possible service in customs clearing and client consulting.

AIR TRANSPORT

As an IATA agent with four licensed employees and years of experience, we can offer you complete worldwide parcel shipping services. We can arrange for door-to-door delivery by request, and consolidated shipments allow us to offer competitive prices.

All of our shipments for import and export can be tracked from the moment we receive the goods until their delivery using our “expo” tracking system.

MARITIME TRANSPORT

We also organise maritime transport for the import and export of FCL (full container loaded) containers, including competitively priced door-to-door delivery systems. Your shipment can be tracked during transport as our shipments are covered by Expeditors’ tracking system. We are proud to offer you "Sea + Air Service" – a combination of maritime and air transport. This service applies to shipments from Asia, which are shipped to the Dubai airport via maritime transport. From there, they are shipped to their final destination in Europe by air. This combination of transport shortens “transit time” to a maximum of 21 days.

ROAD TRANSPORT

Primal Zagreb d.o.o. has its own transport vehicle with a load-bearing capacity of 840kg/3m3.

If requested, we can organise road transport and distribution within the country or abroad in cooperation with reliable transporters. We are also a part of the Expeditors Transcon system for the road transport of goods within Europe.
